Cagayan State University once again achieved an institutional passing rate of 100% in the recently concluded Medical Technologist Licensure Examination with a national passing rate of 73.94%.  A total of 10 examinees passed giving the college five unbroken 100% percent performances in a row considering two separate board examinations being held each year.  The College started taking the lead as Top School for Medical Technology in the country.

The licensure examination was administered in four major cities, Manila, Baguio, Davao and Zamboanga last February 26 and 27, 2017.  All takers had it in Manila.  The said Board Exam composed specially areas encompassing 11 professional subjects.

According to Dr. Julius T. Capili, Dean of the College of Allied Sciences, the examinees had their comprehensive examinations before graduation.  After that, they took the In-house Review in CSU for a month before they were brought to Manila for final coaching.  “IT was intense and strictly executed.  But it well paid off!”, said Dr. Capili referring to the review.

The results were released on March 2, 2017 exactly three days after the examination schedule.
